1. General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the www baji platform and all services operated under it. By registering on this site, logging in, or using the service in any way, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

www baji provides online sports betting, casino games, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of the relevant laws in Bangladesh and that it is your own responsibility to comply with them.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If any translation exists, the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. www baji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with another person.

2.3 Multiple Accounts

If the same person or household opens multiple accounts, www baji reserves the right to close them and forfeit the associated balances. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will be treated as fraud.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to use www baji is 21 years. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. www baji may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your age and identity.

Verification may typically require a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawal access on the account may be temporarily suspended.

Until account verification is complete, it may not be possible to process large withdrawal amounts. This process is essential for user security and the protection of financial transactions.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods at www baji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods may be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds deposited into your account come from a legitimate source. Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited, and www baji reserves the right to investigate any account if such activity is suspected.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If any strategic or unusual betting pattern is followed for the purpose of obtaining a bonus, www baji reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The www baji VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conditions

6.1 Sports Betting

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless www baji decides to void it due to an error. If an event is cancelled or postponed, www baji will make a decision on that bet in line with standard industry practice.

6.2 Displayed Odds

Odds displayed on www baji may change at any time. Settlement will be based on the odds that applied at the time a bet was placed. In the event of an incorrect odds display, www baji reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the relevant bet.

6.3 Casino and Live Games

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a software or connection issue, www baji will determine the outcome in accordance with the game provider's rules. www baji is not responsible for losses caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www baji:

• Fraud, deception, or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, or betting with the assistance of a third party.
• Arbitrage betting or participating in any activity related to match-fixing.
• Hacking, using bots, or using automated programmes on the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Money laundering or conducting any other unlawful financial activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, www baji may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

www baji believes that betting and casino games are a form of entertainment, not a way to solve problems. We encourage our users to play in a healthy and controlled manner. • Set deposit limits so that no more than a set amount is deposited within a given period.
• If needed, use the temporary or long-term self-exclusion feature.

www baji may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. If the allegation is proven false after investigation, the account will be reactivated.

11. Limitation of Liability

If service disruption occurs due to unintentional or uncontrollable causes (such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages), www baji will not be directly liable for any resulting user losses.

If a technical error appears in game or betting information displayed on the platform, www baji reserves the right to correct that error, even if it applies to already-completed transactions, provided the error materially affected the outcome.

www baji's maximum liability on any single matter shall be limited to the original amount used in that specific bet or transaction.

12. Changes and Updates to Terms

www baji reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the site or may be sent to the registered email address.

If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page before each use.
